About the Role


We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in San Francisco. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building relationships, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to generate new business.


Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be responsible for creating and driving pipeline through a combination of cold calling, outbound prospecting, and door-to-door field sales. This is a unique opportunity to get in early at a high-growth AI startup and have a direct impact on its success.


What You'll Do


Prospect and qualify potential restaurant customers through outbound cold calls, emails, and in-person visits.


Set up and schedule product demos for the CEO and sales team.


Conduct field sales by visiting restaurants in person to introduce Hostie and generate leads.


Follow up and nurture leads to move them through the sales pipeline.


Track and manage outreach activity in our CRM system.


Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies.


Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.

Comfortable with door-to-door sales and in-person outreach.


Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects.


Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
