Our client is looking for a highly motivated Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their fast-growing sales team. In this role, you'll be the critical first point of contact for potential customers and play a vital role in their company's growth trajectory. As an SDR, you'll focus on building their sales pipeline through a combination of targeted outbound prospecting and managing inbound lead flow. You'll work closely with the Account Executives to identify and qualify potential customers, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality meetings that convert to revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to our ideal customer profile (ICP), leveraging email, phone, and social selling techniques
- Qualify and manage inbound leads efficiently to maximize conversion opportunities
- Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and discovery calls for Account Executives
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations
- Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in our CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly quota for qualified meetings set
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and targeting
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-9 months of experience in a SDR role.
- Recently completed SDR training and looking to take the next step in a smaller, high-impact team.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp technical concepts and tools with ease.
- Bonus points for a technical background (e.g., degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, etc.) - not required but appreciated.
- Passion for startups and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented - someone who thrives on overcoming challenges.
