San Francisco Onsite Full-Time
$70K-$90K base $130K-$150K OTE
We're hiring a Founding SDR-if you've been succeeding in a BDR/SDR role for 1-3 years and are ready to take full ownership of pipeline generation, this is your opportunity.
This isn't your average SDR role. You'll be the first in the seat, building top-of-funnel processes from scratch, directly supported by Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership. You'll have a real say in how things are built, tested, and scaled.
We're looking for someone with a hunter mentality, comfortable operating in an unstructured, high-autonomy startup environment. You'll use modern prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Clay, Unify, Salesforce/HubSpot) and be expected to move fast and generate results-think 50+ calls and 100+ emails per day.
What You'll Do:
- Create and execute outbound sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Own lead generation and qualification at the top of the funnel
- Analyze performance metrics and iterate to improve conversions
- Build repeatable outreach processes and document best practices
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years in a BDR/SDR (or similar) role, ideally at a tech startup
- Strong performance history with quotas consistently exceeded
- Deep understanding of prospecting KPIs and how to optimize them
- High-volume outreach experience with a data-driven mindset
- Scrappy, resourceful, and eager to build from zero
