Position Summary:


FastSensor is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. This is an in-office position that provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to revenue generation while growing your career in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, this is a new role designed to drive growth and success in the sales department.



Responsibilities:


  • Revenue Contribution: Quickly learn FastSensor's products and services to contribute to revenue within the first 30 to 60 days.
  • Pipeline Development: Achieve key metrics by opening XX new opportunities within the first 90 days, aligning with ramping revenue targets.
  • KPI Management: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Quota Achievement: Exceed sales quotas following the ramping period.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to drive pipeline growth and support broader company goals.


What Success Looks Like:


  • Mastering FastSensor's sales processes and contributing to revenue within the first 30 to 60 days.
  • Building a robust pipeline and achieving initial revenue goals within the first 90 days.
  • Consistently exceeding KPIs and sales quotas.
  • Demonstrating strong organizational
  • and time-management skills to drive results.
  • Showing clear progression in career growth within the company.


Candidate Profile:


Required Skills and Knowledge:


  • Experience with GSuite and HubSpot is a plus.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn as a sales hunting tool.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Ability to self-troubleshoot minor IT issues.

Preferred Achievements:


  • Previous B2B sales experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications:
