The Kanbar Digital team is seeking a passionate Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. We're looking for someone with a can-do attitude who's comfortable prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. The ideal candidate has at least three to four years of experience in a sales-focused role and has a strong understanding of paid media, SEO, and social media.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure prospects or new clients show up to discovery calls, sales meetings, and onboarding sessions
- Review presentation decks to ensure prospecting information is accurate and the recommended services align with their needs
- In charge of reaching out and following up with all inbound leads or inquiries
- Schedule regular check-ins with clients to ensure continued satisfaction after onboarding
- Conduct regular outbound outreach through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Provide weekly and monthly updates on lead status
- Manage agency partnerships and referrals
Job Requirements
- Working Mondays and Thursdays in office
- Strong understanding of digital marketing products and services
- At least three to four years of sales experience in digital marketing or a related field
- Goal-driven and confident
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Required to meet all sales revenue metrics that are set upon being hired. Anyone hired for the role must complete a 90-day trial period to ensure you're a good fit for our team
Base Salary: $65K to $75K + Commission
Commission Structure: Uncapped, paid monthly
Can potentially earn $135,000 if the sales goal is met, top performers can earn more.
