Sales Development Representative Responsibilities:

As an SDR, your primary responsibility is to generate leads through cold calling, emailing, developing client relations, and event attendance.

  • Identify prospects and generate new business opportunities
  • Schedule discovery calls with prospective customers
  • Strategize with colleagues to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Manage leads and sales activities via Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
  • Keep up with ICP market trends and industry developments
  • Attend events to generate leads and build relationships
  • Report sales activities and communicate to management on a regular basis

Sales Development Representative Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel up to 25%
  • Work in-office 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
  • Sit or stand for long periods (8+ hours/day)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and common CRM Toolsets
  • Cold calling, prospecting, and event experience a plus
