Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, hardworking, and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR at RepMove, you will play a crucial role in driving company growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated in a fast-paced startup environment. This position comes with an accelerated growth opportunity.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other channels.
  • Research target accounts and industries to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points.
  • Engage with decision-makers to communicate the value of RepMove.
  • Schedule qualified appointments and demos for our sales team to further explore opportunities and close deals.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and refine messaging to resonate with target audiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an SDR with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive mindset and a drive to succeed.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools is a plus.

Pay: $50,000 - $75,000.00 per year with uncapped potential and the opportunity to scale into an Inside Sales or Account Executive role.
