Role Overview:

We're seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing technical services division. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that powers critical infrastructure across NYC, Westchester County, and NJ. You'll work with a dynamic team serving prestigious clients in healthcare, data centers, commercial buildings, and manufacturing plants.


Key Responsibilities:


• Generate and qualify new business opportunities


• Manage prospecting activities using modern tools like ZoomInfo and HubSpot


• Collaborate with technical teams to understand and communicate our specialized services including infrared testing, transformer testing, and arc flash studies


• Contribute to our relationship-based sales approach through meaningful client interactions


• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions


• Participate in industry networking events and company initiatives


Required Qualifications:


• Proven inside sales and business development experience


• Exceptional lead generation and cold calling capabilities


• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field


• Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications:


• Knowledge of electrical industry or technical services


• Experience in B2B sales environment


• Familiarity with data center industrial, hospital or commercial facility operations


• Track record of achieving sales targets


• Experience with relationship-based selling approaches
