We're looking for an energetic and talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. Job Description:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the sales pipeline across 10-12 clients. You'll be an essential part of our team, working closely with Account Managers to develop and manage leads from prospecting to close.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform outbound cold calls to potential clients, generating new business leads using our tech stack for speed and effectiveness.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline for 10-12 clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and nurturing.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for Account Managers and Clients.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Past Sales Experience (minimum 2 years)
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to log info in a CRM (prior experience preferred)
- Built to be proactive and positive
Job Type: Full-time
Base Salary: $45,000-$55,000+ per year depending on experience
Full Comp Package: $55,000-$85,000+ including commission and bonus
