Position Overview:

We're seeking an energetic and motivated SDR/BDR with 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and prospecting within the cybersecurity or IT industry. This role is critical to our growth strategy and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is hungry to develop in tech sales.


Responsibilities:

  • Make 50-60+ cold calls per day to prospective clients
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through lead generation, email campaigns, and outbound prospecting
  • Research and understand potential clients' business challenges and map them to Clarium's offerings
  • Schedule introductory meetings and demos for senior sales reps and solution engineers
  • Maintain accurate activity records in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and campaigns

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of BDR/SDR experience in the cybersecurity or broader IT space
  • Proven success with cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar is a plus
  • Coachable, curious, and a team player
