Position Overview:
We're seeking an energetic and motivated SDR/BDR with 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and prospecting within the cybersecurity or IT industry. This role is critical to our growth strategy and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is hungry to develop in tech sales.
Responsibilities:
- Make 50-60+ cold calls per day to prospective clients
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through lead generation, email campaigns, and outbound prospecting
- Research and understand potential clients' business challenges and map them to Clarium's offerings
- Schedule introductory meetings and demos for senior sales reps and solution engineers
- Maintain accurate activity records in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and campaigns
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of BDR/SDR experience in the cybersecurity or broader IT space
- Proven success with cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar is a plus
- Coachable, curious, and a team player
What We Offer:
