Role Overview

We seek a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them understand our products and the value we bring to their business. Your goal is to generate new business opportunities and guide prospects through their first purchase with HEXA.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Identify and reach potential customers through various channels (calls, emails, social media, networking).
  • Qualifying Leads: Assess customer needs, budget, and purchasing timeline to determine fit.
  • Customer Discovery: Conduct in-depth conversations to understand customer challenges and business requirements.
  • Product & Value Demonstration: Communicate how HEXA's products and solutions can address customer needs.
  • Oversee First Purchase: Guide new customers through the initial buying process, ensuring a seamless experience.

What We're Looking For

  • 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product information.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
