Sales Development Representative (SDR) Department: Revenue

Position Summary: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in fueling our company's growth by generating qualified leads and building a sales pipeline. As the first point of contact for prospective wedding and event clients, you'll be responsible for providing initial information and identifying the qualified prospects, initiating conversations, and qualifying inbound leads to hand off to the sales team. This can be an entry-level role with high growth potential for an individual who is positive, enthusiastic, curious, and goal-driven; or alternatively, handled by a seasoned professional looking to contribute to our bottom line and be a part of a great team.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond swiftly, appropriately and thoroughly to Inbound Leads from various sources
- Sustain the outreach & consistent communications through emails, phone calls, or SMS to engage with prospects with the goal to understand their vision for a wedding event.
- Qualify leads by listening, asking key questions and gathering the key information on the prospects' wedding itinerary and assessing the fit with our offerings
- Maintain and update CRM with lead activity, status, and relevant data
- Schedule qualified prospects for an online meeting or site tours for our sales team
- Collaborate with CRO and sales team to align messaging and follow up campaigns
- Continuously refine response and outreach strategies based on feedback
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads to support the overall sales goal of 50 WWEs

- Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM or other systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive)
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and buyer psychology
- Flexible, adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
