Job Overview
Cynos Express LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in East Rutherford, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities, and building strong relationships across various eCommerce channels. As part of a growing team, you'll engage in a wide range of sales activities - from conducting on-site outreach to introduce our brands to small businesses, to creating polished presentations for larger corporate clients. You'll also represent the company on business trips, actively pitching our products and services to drive sales. You'll work closely with marketing and operations teams to drive revenue and support company growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Research, identify, and qualify potential sales channels
- Conduct on-site outreach to engage local small businesses and introduce our brands
- Set up in-person presentations for medium to large clients
Sales Execution:
- Represent the company during business trips, clients meetings, and industry events to pitch offerings and closing sales
- Follow up on leads and maintain relationships throughout the entire sales cycle
- Accurately document and maintain detailed records of all sales activities
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate on the setup and execution of new projects, campaigns, and growth initiatives with internal teams
- Provide market feedback to help improve products, pricing, and overall sales strategy
Requirements
- Excellent written / verbal communication skill
- Willingness to learn about products, sales strategies, and eCommerce processes
- Proactive, collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently
