Over the past 10 years, the demand for our services continues to increase, and we are looking to expand our Business Development Team.


CLP is seeking entrepreneurial, high-energy, motivated, driven individuals to join our sales team as a Business Development Representative. This exciting and critical role will deliver the sales opportunities vital to support our client's business objectives. Compensation for this role consists of base salary plus uncapped commission incentives.

Position responsibilities include setting meetings with B2B Target Executives of key accounts in North America, researching and identifying new prospects, analyzing business performance, cold calling prospects, providing detailed and accurate information to assigned Sales Executives, maintaining and scheduling meetings within the Salesforce database.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

2+ years of inside sales experience preferred

Experience in cold calling

Deep understanding and ability to articulate client's value proposition

Coachable, able to follow a proven and repeatable sales methodology

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals consistently

Able to comfortably communicate by telephone and by video conference

Self-motivated individual with a desire to succeed

Ability to think and respond quickly under pressure

Working knowledge of MS Office applications

Salesforce CRM experience preferred

A high degree of personal integrity

  • Base 40 K Salary plus Uncapped Bonus Commission
