Job Description:
This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing company at a pivotal stage. You will work closely with the Senior Vice President of Sales and other leadership, gaining invaluable mentorship and having the opportunity to grow into a broader sales role. As a Sales Development Representative, you will:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts.
- Contact, qualify, and develop potential customers, setting appointments and following up on leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and manage leads using Salesforce (CRM) software.
- Track progress towards meeting sales goals and provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of successful SDR or BDR sales experience within a software, SaaS or ARR sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct relentless calling and follow-up with prospects, customers, and partners.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Knowledge of sales development techniques, strategies, and strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Formal sales training preferred.
Location: This is an hybrid work environment where you will have the flexibility to work from home on Monday, Thursday and Friday while reporting to an Austin, TX office Tuesday and Wednesday.

Base Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
Total Comp: $80,000 - $90,000
