We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound outreach and inbound follow-up. You will play a crucial role in building a healthy sales pipeline and setting appointments for the Account Executive team to close.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers
Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, social media, and other channels
Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and determine their potential
Engage prospects to understand their needs and pain points
Schedule product demos, discovery calls, or meetings for Account Executives
Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and meeting goals
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and targeting
Stay up to date on company products, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1+ years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident phone presence and strong interpersonal skills
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach tools
Resilient, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Work Environment:
