About the Role
We're looking for driven, high-energy Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our Go-To-Market team. This is a perfect opportunity for recent graduates eager to break into tech sales, learn fast, and make a big impact from Day 1. You'll play a critical role in generating pipeline, learning our product, and helping companies understand how Pump can transform their cloud spend.
What You'll Do
- Engage with potential customers through cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Identify pain points and educate prospects on how Pump can solve them
- Book qualified meetings and collaborate with Account Executives to move deals forward
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and design teams to align customer feedback with product development
- Act as a trusted first point of contact-whether speaking to DevOps leaders or startup founders
- Stay up to date on our product roadmap and effectively communicate value
Who You Are
- Recent graduate (Class of ) or early career professional
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Gritty, self-motivated, and eager to grow-especially in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Comfortable learning technical concepts and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Team player with a builder mindset-you want to help shape the GTM motion from the ground up
- You've got an "athlete mentality": coachable, competitive, and committed to winning
