The Role This is a crucial hire during an exciting time of growth. You will act as both a contributor and a mentor, fostering pipeline development while guiding and supporting early-career team members as the department expands.
Collaboration with the sales leadership and senior executives will be essential in shaping outbound strategy, enhancing messaging, and establishing a framework for sustainable success.
What You'll Be Doing: - Develop and execute outbound strategies across a significant market segment.
- Generate pipeline growth through innovative and targeted outreach.
- Manage and mentor 1-2 junior BDRs while assisting in team expansion.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure messaging aligns with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Offer frontline insights to influence go-to-market strategies.
- Balance active business development with strategic leadership responsibilities.
What You'll Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in early-stage companies.
- Proven track record in driving outbound pipeline and securing new business.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience.
- Deep understanding of technical buyers such as developers, data teams, and ML/AI engineers.
- Strong passion for AI, infrastructure, or developer tool ecosystems.
- Adept at thriving in fast-paced, high-performing cultures.
