We are excited to welcome a dynamic Sales Development Manager who will lead and mentor a team of independent agents focused on delivering voluntary benefits. Your mission will be to empower employees to navigate financial uncertainties with assurance.

Successful leaders in this role will focus on:
  • Inspiring, coaching, and mentoring sales agents
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new agents
  • Providing hands-on training and collaborative field experiences
  • Conducting engaging sales meetings and training sessions
  • Driving sales of B2B employee benefits and managing key client accounts
  • Building strong relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and decision-makers
  • Creating a competitive, energetic, and team-oriented environment
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with brokers
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting, developing, and leading sales teams
  • Background in insurance sales, with an active Life & Accident/Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Self-driven with a robust work ethic and the capability to work independently while motivating teams

This is a contractor role, allowing you to be in business for yourself while receiving ongoing support.
