Our Inside Sales Site Developer Team is on the lookout for highly motivated, confident, and goal-oriented inside sellers. As a Sales Development Manager, you will collaborate with our account management team, targeting deeply inactive or prospect customer locations to drive reactivation and conversion.
Key Responsibilities: - Engage daily with Quill customers who have not placed an order in over 4 months.
- Reach out to prospect locations connected to managed customer entities.
- Utilize order history and special customer offers to reactivate accounts, striving to meet monthly quotas and key metrics.
- Maintain open communication with customers and account managers to relay trends and pricing solutions.
- Collaborate with sales specialists and partners to elevate revenue across product categories beyond traditional office supplies.
- Keep accurate records in our CRM, logging activities and managing the sales pipeline.
- Seek continuous improvement through coaching and peer collaboration.
- Exceed monthly and quarterly quotas and other key performance indicators.
- Contribute positively to team culture by fostering collaboration, sharing learnings, and leading by example.

Basic Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service, specifically in a B2B environment.
- Willingness to undergo onsite training for the first two weeks in Lincolnshire.
- Able to commit to an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM at least 4 days a week (hybrid model).
- Familiarity with key Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with CRM tools or similar sales platforms.
- 1-2 years' experience in a sales capacity.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales metrics.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
