Are you a driven sales professional with a knack for generating leads, building pipelines and moving prospects from first contact to warm handoff? Are you interested in joining our business unit, moleko, a leading producer of sulfur-based chemistries for mining and water treatment? If so, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact as a Sales Development Representative at our Phoenix headquarters.

Please note: This is a base-salary position (not commission-based) with generous annual bonus potential and excellent benefits, including health coverage, retirement plans and paid time off. The role offers a hybrid work model, with flexibility as business needs dictate.

What You'll Do

Lead Generation - Identify, engage and qualify new leads through cold calling, email outreach and social media.
Pipeline Ownership - Maintain and grow the sales pipeline by adding high-quality, conversion-ready leads.
Trade Show Support - Coordinate pre- and post-show activities to maximize ROI and new lead capture.
Distributor Engagement - Build and manage relationships with channel partners while tracking performance (volume, revenue, and margin).
Market Intelligence - Monitor industry trends, cost curves and competitor pricing to position moleko products competitively.
CRM Excellence - Ensure all sales activity and lead data is accurately captured in our CRM platform.
Sample Management - Oversee the product sampling process, from request to delivery and follow-up.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, chemistry or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or commercial development - preferably in the chemical, manufacturing or B2B sectors.

• Experience managing distributor or channel sales relationships a strong plus.

• Strong knowledge of CRM tools (SAP or similar systems) and proficiency with MS Office.

• Confidence in cold outreach, qualifying leads and delivering tailored messaging to a technical audience.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying organized and detail-focused.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment with monthly activity and revenue targets.

• Willingness to travel up to 15% and occasionally visit industrial sites (with PPE as needed).
