As a Sales & Design Consultant, you'll help customers bring their home improvement visions to life by guiding them through flooring selections and project planning. You'll learn to deliver solutions that meet customer needs, build lasting relationships, and support the project from first conversation to final installation.
What You'll Do:
- Engage with customers in-store, by phone, and in person to understand their project needs.
- Recommend flooring solutions that align with their budget and design goals.
- Provide accurate estimates and timelines.
- Coordinate installation and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
- Support team goals through collaboration and continuous improvement.

$75,000 on target earnings
Please note this position is located in Germantown, WI.
Compensation:$75,000 - $85,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Negotiate and close sales deals while following company pricing and profitability guidelines.
- Develop and maintain meaningful connections with clients, old and new, to boost retention rates and sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as installers and customer service, to ensure a smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- High level of awareness of market development, product releases, and competitors.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Identify and prospect potential customers.
Qualifications:- Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Have a valid driver's license and be able to travel as required to customers' locations.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- This position required a high school diploma or equivalent (GED); with additional schooling (Certificate, associate or bachelor's degree) in design, communications or business management.
- Prior experience in sales is a bonus.
