• Are detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and over the phone
• Enjoy working with data, spreadsheets, and CRM tools (we'll train you.)
• Are curious, coachable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
• Are comfortable speaking with attorneys and legal professionals
• Thrive in a collaborative, in-office work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years in an administrative, client-facing, or data-related role
• Experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Sidekick), Convoso, Google Suite, Microsoft Excel.
• Background in legal services, marketing, or sales support is a plus.
Why Join Us?
• Be part of a mission-driven team transforming the way attorneys grow their firms
• Gain hands-on experience in marketing, data operations, and client success
• Enjoy a collaborative team culture where your input and growth matter
• $50,000 to $60,000 annually
• Comprehensive benefits (50% employer covered medical/dental/vision package, childcare reimbursement, employer sponsored life insurance & gym membership).
