We're looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated sales associate with Jewelry sales and jewelry customer service experience to join our team. Job seekers should have a minimum of two years of JEWELRY sales experience with a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Engage & Inspire Clients - Build genuine relationships with clients, guiding them through the jewelry selection process with expertise, enthusiasm, and care.
Clientele & Follow-Up - Stay connected with clients, following up thoughtfully to ensure they find or create the perfect piece while fostering long-term relationships.
Jewelry Expertise & Trend Awareness - Bring a strong knowledge of diamonds, colored gemstones, fashion, and bridal jewelry while staying up to date on industry trends and innovations.
Luxury Sales Proficiency - Confidently sell high-end luxury jewelry, understanding the nuances of quality, craftsmanship, and emotional significance in fine jewelry purchases.
Problem-Solving Mindset - Listen to clients' needs and collaborate with the team to provide creative solutions, whether through existing inventory, special orders, or custom design opportunities.
Humble & Eager to Learn - Embrace ongoing learning, feedback, and professional growth, understanding that mastery in jewelry sales is a continuous journey.

• At least 2 years of jewelry-specific sales experience in a retail jewelry store environment
• Ability to work full-time on location (this is not a remote job)
• Availability to work Saturdays (Sundays during the holiday season)
• Experience with the EDGE POS system is a plus but not required
• Understanding of how to take in jewelry repairs a plus Compensation: $42,000 - $55,000 yearly

Compensation:
$42,000-$55,000 per year
