As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Sales Coordinator Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in implementing effective sales and financing strategies designed to enhance the value of our home sites and drive community sales while focusing on increasing occupancy and revenue.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing strategies to exceed sales goals and generate interest, fostering positive relationships within the community to boost occupancy.
- Conduct thorough research on market trends, demographics, competition, products, customer needs, and diligently follow up on sales leads and referrals.
- Create proactive marketing plans to effectively promote the community to prospective residents.
- Collaborate closely with the Community Manager on new and used home sales.
- Design and distribute engaging advertising materials to enhance community visibility.
- Implement targeted sales strategies aimed at maximizing home sales.
- Communicate effectively to document all customer, vendor, and financial transactions for future potential clients.
- Assist the Community Manager with general office responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Support cleaning and repairs, making homes ready for sale.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team.
Minimum Requirements: - 2-3 years of sales experience is required; experience in property management is preferred.
- A high school diploma or GED is essential.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills are a must.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license, with the willingness to travel between communities.
- Ability to multitask effectively and thrive as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
