Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Reports To: Vice President of Sales Operations

FLSA: Exempt

Employee Type: Fulltime

Location of Work: Hybrid with onsite work based in Superior, WI


Job Overview:

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the VP of Sales Operations and other sales and marketing team members. Navigate multiple software systems to increase communication and salesforce productivity and efficiency. Prepare for approval various internal and external written communications and distribute as directed. A key focus will be on supporting day-to-day sales activities and increasing sales productivity by using effective methods, providing value-added information and support utilizing sales tools.


Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

Support day to day clerical and administrative tasks associated to meetings and workspaces

Schedule various meetings, update and maintain calendars, and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner

Work with manager to complete data entries

Maintain dealer sell list

Updating and communicating KPI's and sales reports the sales representatives on a daily basis

Build and maintain customer price sheets

Trade show coordination

Manage and maintain sales data

Collaborate with cross functional teams on process improvement strategies

Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle used by all sales team members

Track and report out results of sales initiative programs

Work with third party vendors and partners

Participate in national travel and act as FeraDyne representative at trade shows and other sales events

Frequent travel to FeraDyne headquarters in Superior, Wisconsin

Perform other duties as assigned by Vice President of Sales Operations


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to work independently as well as within interdepartmental teams

Ability to participate in national travel

Ability to use various computer programs, such as Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel Internet, and internal order allocation systems such as Macola and Wisys

Strong communication skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong data management skills

Proven success at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines

Ability to provide a professional level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders and customers


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

o 4-year degree with emphasis in sales/marketing/business or similar field, or equivalent years professional experience in a related field

o Prior archery hunting experience and knowledge of the hunting industry

o Acceptable driving record required


Physical Qualifications:

o Ability to meet physical requirements of the job including: standing, sitting, twisting, lifting up to 50 lbs, and walking throughout the day as well as wearing appropriate PPE including safety glasses.

  • o Ability to drive to regional meeting or event locations, and travel by air for national events
