About the Role - Sales Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our dynamic sales team. You'll help us run smoothly, execute efficiently, and ensure we stay on track across all stages of the sales process. You'll be at the forefront of how the world's leading companies can leverage AI to improve their marketing efforts. What you'll do:

  • Be the Master of Organization: Manage and organize sales data, opportunities, and pipelines within our CRM system. Keep everything up-to-date and readily accessible for the sales team.

  • Coordinate Like a Conductor: Schedule meetings and appointments, manage calendars for sales representatives, and ensure smooth communication with prospects and clients.

  • Champion Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain comprehensive sales tools and resources, including presentations, proposals, and competitive analyses. Ensure timely delivery and effectiveness for the sales team.

  • Become a GTM Expert: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment across our GTM strategy.
