Job Description The Sales Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of duties to assist the National Field Sales Team (NFS). The overall goal and intent is to increase efficiency and quality by removing obstacles standing in the way of higher production.
Primary Job Duties include but are not limited to:Communicate and assist Team Loan Officers (LO) - Correspondence with borrowers
- Assisting with Proposals/Applications as needed and keeping the LO informed
- Track Application
- Collect trailing documentation
- Submission to Operations
- Assist Ops as needed in order to ensure a high level of customer service
- Business Development
- Facilitating the incorporation of various referral partners to increase sales
- Arrange and coordinate local meetings and events
- Facilitate in maintaining databases of clients and/or referral partners via SalesForce
Assisting Sales Leader(s) in various aspects - Support Sales Leader (s) in various aspects as necessary
- Answer and Respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the Leader
- Attend/Assist in LO Business Planning
- Prioritize items as necessary
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
Qualifications- Entry level position, work remotely, with limited supervision and hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Ability to communicate with clients and Loan Officer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving, analysis and solution oriented
- Work as a team player
- Attention to detail and takes initiative
- Computer/phone/document preparation equipment oriented
