Due to growth, one of their most pressing needs is for a Sales Coordinator.

Job Duties:Forecast Analysis and Planning: -
- Assist in analyzing customers' long-term forecasts to develop comprehensive long-term plans.
- Conduct trial calculations to estimate shipping quantities and expected sales figures.
Customer Relations and Negotiations: -
- Negotiate product prices with customers to ensure competitive pricing.
- Manage and execute price adjustments as necessary in collaboration with customers.
Sales and Capacity Management: -
- Analyze sales forecasts to support capacity planning and material adjustments.
- Evaluate the impact of design changes, material shifts, component updates, and manufacturing method modifications on product costs.
Business Development and Support: -
- Assist in identifying and sourcing new sales opportunities.
- Provide support to the Material Services Department on various tasks and initiatives.
Supplier Management: -
- Develop purchase plans for raw materials and component parts, ensuring timely placement of orders.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and manage supplier relationships.
- Handle supplier price adjustments as needed.
Requirements for the Sales Coordinator include: - A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience, automotive preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skillset
- Strong customer support and relationship building skills
- The ability to travel up to 30%, primarily day-trip with occasional over-night travel throughout the US.
