Our client, a leading distributor in the hydraulic lift equipment and automotive accessories industry, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be part of the sales department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, attention to detail, and a self-motivated attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Kansas City, MO

Pay Range: From $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 Annually

What's the Job?
  • Manage all data entry and processing for a set list of accounts, including miscellaneous accounts.
  • Update tracking numbers and inventory levels as needed.
  • Provide customer service via e-mail, fax, and phone in a professional manner.
  • Process warranty and return paperwork while resolving sales-related issues.
  • Communicate efficiently with shipping, warehouse, and other office departments.
What's Needed?
  • At least one year of office experience is required.
  • Accurate computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
  • Ability to be flexible and willing to help when needed.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required.
