What You'll Do
  • Coordinate sales orders from lead to delivery. working with Sales, Estimation, Production, and Accounting.
  • Keep our CRM (HubSpot) and ERP (Odoo) organized and up to date.
  • Handle incoming sales calls and follow up with customers on quotes and orders.
  • Support bid management, pricing, and project documentation.
  • Help organize training sessions and attend 3-5 trade shows annually.
  • Ability to work additional hours/days necessary to meet business demands
Performance
  • 30 days- Be able to do basic job functions within HubSpot and Odoo. Integrate yourself into a cohesive team and actively participate in personal development.
  • 60 days- Maintain HubSpot (the Customer Relationship Manager system) and project files. Facilitate weekly meetings of the sales team. Develop strong relationships with the customer base.
  • 90 days- Oversee the bid management process for all sales submitted. Owning the project checklist, prospecting opportunities, reviewing specifications, and assisting in developing quotes.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years in customer service or sales support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with great organizational instincts.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems (HubSpot and Odoo a plus).
  • Bonus points for manufacturing or fabrication knowledge.
