Role Objectives:
Support the Chief Executive Officer of Sales Operations in managing strategic customer accounts
Act as a key liaison between the company and its most valued clients, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction
Oversee administrative functions tied to key accounts, ensuring seamless execution and compliance
Develop and refine internal processes to improve client service operations
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance business outcomes and client engagement
Lead or contribute to special projects as assigned
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture key account relationships, ensuring consistent client satisfaction and loyalty
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value customers, handling all inquiries and service needs
Oversee contracts, reporting, compliance, and other administrative requirements related to client accounts
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, marketing, finance, operations) to ensure smooth delivery of services
Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to the CEO
Identify opportunities for service enhancements, upselling, and cross-selling
Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and contractual agreements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
3+ years of experience in client services, sales support, or account management
Proven success managing key accounts and driving customer satisfaction and retention
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex administrative workflows
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build and sustain client relationships
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience is a plus
Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing teams
Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to client concerns
