Our client, a trusted provider of energy services, is seeking an Oil & Gas Sales Coordinator for a temporary role with the potential to convert to a full-time position.


Assignment Length: 30 to 90 days (with potential for hire)

Location: North Houston

Compensation: $35/hr


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update bid tracking logs and estimating records
  • Monitor tender deadlines and send timely internal reminders
  • Organize and manage estimate files, drawings, and specifications
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and estimating teams
  • Help streamline sales support processes and communications

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales coordinator or support role-ideally within oil and gas, subsea, offshore, or manufacturing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must-have
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to stay organized and meet tight deadlines independently
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Experience:

  • Exposure to estimating, proposal coordination, or technical sales support
  • Background in the offshore energy or industrial services sector is a plus
