Sales Coordinator Job Description:
Lawns of Dallas is a premiere full-service landscape company in the Dallas Metroplex. Locally owned for over 43 years, we are a full-service landscape design, build and maintenance company.
The Company is seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in delivering exceptional landscaping solutions to residential and commercial clients. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in managing client inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between the sales team and clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This position will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
• Prepare and distribute sales proposals, contracts, and estimates in collaboration with the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer records in the company's CRM system.
• Coordinate scheduling of client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups for the sales team.
• Assist in generating leads through research, outreach, and networking opportunities.
• Track sales progress, provide reports, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Liaise between sales, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.
• Support marketing efforts by organizing promotional materials and events as needed.
Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related role (landscape industry experience a plus).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of landscaping services, products, or terminology is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
