FilmRise is looking to hire a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator (Part-Time, Temporary). This role will support the Sales Team and interact with other departments on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking; managing projects simultaneously and have a strong passion for entering the entertainment industry. The anticipated duration of the role is 3 to 6 months, with the possibility to extend. Candidates must be able to work 25-30 hours per week.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • The person in this role will be expected to learn how to use rights system and how to pull reports and avails
  • Populate avail content metadata (i.e. request screening links)
  • Assist with compiling general Sales assets (i.e. compressing decks, renaming documents, etc.)
  • Attend weekly/monthly meetings and take notes for Sales Team
  • Maintain internal trackers, including the sales team vacation calendar
  • Schedule internal and external meetings
  • Assist in booking travel accommodations
  • Prepare and submit travel and expense reports
  • Coordinate client gifts
  • Ad hoc projects per need of the Sales Team


Qualifications:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office systems, specifically Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Superb verbal and written skills
  • High attention to detail
  • A basic understanding of the entertainment industry
  • A knowledge and passion for the film and television industry
  • Experience in a relevant role is a plus but not required
