Role Summary:

We're looking for a Sales Coordinator who's organized, sharp, and excited to grow in the fast-paced world of consumer packaged goods. In this role, you'll be a critical right-hand to the sales team-keeping our retail portals running smoothly, supporting our sales ops, and helping keep things moving across every major retailer we work with. You'll be deeply plugged into what it takes to grow a national brand and gain hands-on experience alongside a team that's building something real.


What You'll Do:Retail Portal Support (40%)
  • Own and manage retail customer portals (Walmart Retail Link, Target Partners Online, Amazon Vendor Central, etc.).
  • Upload and maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and compliance documents.
  • Monitor retailer portals for updates, flags, and performance metrics-and help our team stay one step ahead.
  • Troubleshoot item set-up issues, data discrepancies, and support sell-in efforts.

Sales & Admin Support (40%)
  • Build killer sales decks, prep for customer meetings, and organize promotional calendars.
  • Coordinate item set-up forms, pricing sheets, and internal approvals across departments.
  • Track orders, update our CRM, and support key deliverables to keep everything flowing.
  • Be the behind-the-scenes force that keeps our sales engine running clean and fast.

Team & Culture Support (20%)
  • Schedule team and customer calls, follow up on action items, and keep timelines on track.
  • Help improve processes and bring fresh ideas to the table-we want your brain, not just your hands.
  • Join a tight-knit team where we move fast, laugh hard, and celebrate wins big and small.

What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in CPG, retail account support, or sales coordination.
  • Familiarity with retail portals like Walmart, Target, or Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRMs (Salesforce a plus).
  • A love of organized chaos-you're a problem solver who can juggle a lot and keep calm.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a "no task too small" mentality.
  • Excited to join a startup-minded team where every day looks a little different.

  • Experience in food & beverage, wellness, or beauty.
  • Startup or early-stage company background.
