The Sales Coordinator serves as a key liaison between assigned Recruiting Consultants, contractors (both active and in the process of being credentialed or booked), and relevant client contacts. This role supports all activities necessary to successfully place contractors in their assignments while maintaining consistent communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders. The Sales Coordinator builds a strong understanding of contractor needs and ensures timely updates to clients regarding documentation status. Additionally, they oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned accounts and are responsible for planning, developing, and executing client support initiatives, as well as providing internal support to other sales support functions.

Additional Details:

  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding provider presentations.
  • Ensure all provider assignment contract details are accurately entered into required databases, with proper document execution via DocuSign.
  • Obtain provider schedules from clients and relay them to the corresponding providers.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and providers to manage ongoing scheduling changes throughout assignments.
  • Update recruiters and draft communications to inform clients of calendar changes and provider availability.
  • Follow up with providers on privileging, licensing, and outstanding documentation requirements.
  • Assist with provider inquiries related to pay and expenses.
  • Support the Service Coordinator team by sending timesheet reminders at the end of each month.
  • Track and follow up on chart deficiencies with both providers and clients.
  • Provide providers with instructions for accessing remote systems.
  • Coordinate the delivery of travel bags to providers and gifts to clients.
  • Schedule and organize divisional meetings.
  • Prepare reports to monitor and track team performance metrics.
  • Serve as the administrative point of contact for all other division-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a support or administrative role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (intermediate level)
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with team members, providers, and clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective project management and organizational skills; able to multitask, prioritize, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and adaptable approach
