Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and engage new customers independently through various channels including field prospecting, referrals, and direct marketing.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients and ensure their needs are met with excellence.
  • Meet a minimum of 75% of personal production goals annually to maintain affiliation with the agency.
  • Conduct engaging sales presentations aligned with customer needs and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company's product offerings.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and effectively manage client inquiries or escalate as needed.
  • Assist in the identification and onboarding of new independent agents, offering support during the sales process.
  • Mentor and field train agents, helping them lay a strong foundation for their success in sales.
  • Report operational issues promptly when setting up new business opportunities.
Essential Skills:
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to establish a successful independent agency.
  • Strong ability to execute sales strategies and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating the importance of a personal brand.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Possession of a Life, Accident, and Health license is mandatory prior to appointment.
