A Typical Day
The Sales Contact Center Supervisor is responsible for hiring, training, coaching, developing, and managing the performance of 8 - 12 staff. The Supervisor , you will also be responsible for coordinating campaigns, dialing strategies and scheduling for inbound, outbound, dialer, email, voicemail, and chat activities for the Sales Contact Center telemarketing team within the Retail Sales organization.
The Sales Contact Center Supervisor will :
- Directly supervise Sales Contact Center employees including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, counseling, evaluating and managing all aspects of performance, recognition and discipline to ensure effective and efficient production and high quality work
- Monitor leads from various sources (inbound, outbound, dialers, voicemail, email and chat) to ensure production and revenue-generating goals of the department are met
- Direct work, creates schedules, shifts priorities, assigns resources, manages workflow and ensures adequate coverage
- Review campaigns, scripts and objection handling and recommend improvements
- Evaluate performance, reviews and reacts to departmental reports and prepares reports related to individual, team and departmental performance and campaign effectiveness
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
What You'll Bring

- People and process management skills and experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Working knowledge of telemarketing and outbound dialing policies, practices and laws
- Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
- Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
- Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
- Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
