We are looking for a Surgical Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. If you excel in sales, customer engagement, and closing deals, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential patients, provide expert guidance on procedures, and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads, making 15+ calls per hour to educate and convert prospective clients.
- Ensure a premium patient experience by answering questions, addressing concerns, and following up effectively.
- Maintain accurate records, track leads, and manage communication using our sales platform.
Qualification and Reports:
- Sales Experience: Experience in any industry is required; phone sales is a strong advantage.
- Excellent Communication: Ability to engage clients over extended calls and provide accurate information.
- Customer-Focused Mindset: Passion for building relationships and helping clients feel confident.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM software, email, and data entry.
- Flexible Availability: Open to working weekends and adjusting shifts as needed.
- Bilingual Candidates (Preferred, Not Required): Spanish, French, Creole, Portuguese, Arabic.
