JOB DESCRIPTION: - Meet with consumers in a sales environment to drive product sales
- Be the primary point of contact through all means of conversation: in-person, phone, internet
- Demonstrate advanced product and competitive product knowledge
- Understand consumers' needs and desires to be an expert in selling the correct product
- Manage and record customer information within our current CRM program
- Follow up with clients to make sure they are satisfied while maintaining a lasting relationship
- Encourage repeat sales and the use of our service, body shop, and parts for vehicle maintenance
- Guide other sales consultants on how to make sales to potential consumers
- Other responsibilities may be assigned through continued employment
