About the Company and Role
We are looking for a Garage Construction Sales Designer in Gaithersburg, MD. In this role, you will help residential and commercial clients design innovative solutions for their garage spaces.
You must possess strong sales skills, as well as a solid understanding of construction processes.
You will have the opportunity to increase your compensation through sales commissions. Warm leads are provided, with additional commission on generating your own leads.
Pay range and compensation package
$70-100K potential, including base pay and commissions
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their garage needs and desires
- Develop and present creative garage renovation ideas
- Generate proposals, estimates, and sales presentations to secure new projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices to provide innovative design solutions
Qualifications
- 2 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or related areas
- 1 year of construction experience
- Familiarity with building codes and construction best practices
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and team members
- Experience using a CRM
