Havi Digital is looking for a Remote Sales Closer to handle inbound leads from our Facebook ads and convert them into our flagship Coaching Program of Digital Marketing.


We help and teach people to start side hustle by selling digital product online using profitable Facebook ads.


If you understand consultative selling, can build real trust fast, and love the energy of closing warm leads with clarity and confidence-this is for you.



Your Role

  • Speak to warm leads who've already shown interest in learning with us.
  • Understand their pain points, lifestyle, and goals through a proven script and sales process.
  • Build real rapport, educate them on the value of the program, and handle objections with empathy and authority.
  • Convert high-quality leads into paying clients-on the spot or via strategic follow-ups.
  • Maintain tracking systems to ensure clean hand-offs and follow-up efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out & Nurture to prospects who have scheduled the call to increase show up rate
  • Conduct 1-on-1 sales calls (Direct Call or WhatsApp) to present the coaching offer.
  • Handle objections respectfully and guide them to the next step if it's the right fit.
  • Maintain a minimum 20-40% close rate on qualified calls.
  • Using Google Sheets with clear lead statuses and call notes.

You'll Thrive in This Role If You Are

  • A confident closer with at least 1 year of experience selling coaching or mid or high-ticket services ( 5000 to 20,000).
  • Fluent in English and Hindi with excellent written and spoken communication (no slang or broken grammar).
  • A people-person who can ask deep questions and connect emotionally with leads.
  • Performance-driven, money-motivated, and comfortable being held accountable to results.
  • Able to self-manage and work solo without needing hand-holding every day.
