iCST is a US-based IT Staffing company that focuses primarily on providing IT professionals for 1000 fortune companies.
iCST is growing and planning to expand its sales organization and would like to hire a successful IT staffing salesperson.
The primary focus of the Sales/Business Development Manager/Headhunter is to identify and qualify prospective leads to develop new business partnerships with client companies and gain business.
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of sales experience in IT staffing. Anyone having lesser experience will not be considered.
• Ability to perform a high-volume number of cold contacts to potential clients
• High-level verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated and able to drive results that are beneficial to our clients and our company
• Knowledge of IT and or Software industries
Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities
• Develop new business accounts by arranging meetings with key decision-makers
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Define, develop and lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts
• Develop and execute sales presentations to potential clients
• Utilizing CRM to document any updates.
