Sales Manager to help lead the next phase of our company's evolution. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence within the
aerospace and industrial sectors, driving both strategic partnerships and new revenue opportunities. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with executive leadership to shape and execute long-term business strategies.Key Responsibilities
- Lead new business development efforts across a wide range of projects and clients.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with new and existing customers within the aerospace and industrial markets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities that align with corporate growth goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape global business strategy, product roadmaps, and technology initiatives.
- Drive go-to-market strategies, including private labeling, strategic partnerships, vertical integration, and adjacent product development.
- Deliver meaningful contributions to the company's top-line revenue growth.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred) or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, or Program/Project Management, with a proven track record of success in direct technical sales.
- Strong understanding of fluid control products, material science, and other technologies commonly used in aerospace and industrial applications.
- Demonstrated success in closing complex deals in highly technical markets.
- Highly motivated and goal-driven, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Established relationships and a robust network within the Aerospace industry.
- Broad knowledge of components, systems, technologies, and processes relevant to aerospace applications.
- Willingness and ability to travel 50% or more as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives.
