Business Development Representative - Montebello, CA
Job Description:
We are a leader in residential product and structure services and we are searching for a Business Development Representative to grow our customer and contractor network. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities and qualifying leads.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and networking.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Sales Reps.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and report progress.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Reps for lead handoff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
- Experience in windows/window pane, home building or construction industries is HIGHLY preferred.
- Proven success in generating and qualifying leads.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree not required).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation: Base + up to 40% in commissions (avg. between $10K - $20K+ within the first year)
