As we grow, we're offering an ambitious professional the opportunity to develop into a Marketing Director role as they help shape our market presence.

Position Overview:

This role is ideal for a candidate eager to make a mark on a fast-growing organization. You will lead efforts to promote, sell, and close sales related to LPS's services to both individuals and businesses, building community partnerships, and creating strategic marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with our Chief Clinical Officer and Chief Technology Officer, gaining firsthand experience in business development and marketing strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative marketing strategies that highlight LPS's innovative services and upcoming rebranding efforts.

Establish strong, face-to-face relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, and community organizations to drive referrals.

Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and networking opportunities.

Promote LPS's AI-driven mental health tools and pre-employment behavioral testing services to new markets.

Lead LPS's social media presence, creating content that aligns with our evolving brand identity.

Assist leadership with investor outreach and market expansion initiatives.

Track marketing performance, analyzing data to optimize future campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish meaningful relationships.

Highly organized with excellent time management and creativity.

Enthusiasm for business development and a passion for mental health innovation.

Experience with social media, digital marketing, or event marketing is preferred.

Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement (including internships) is a plus.
