Are you passionate about the automotive industry and delivering outstanding customer service? We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales BDC Representative to join our dynamic team at Toyota of Naperville, as we handle all inbound leads for three automotive brands, Lexus, Chevrolet and Toyota with Toyota being our main Hub. As a member of our BDC team, you will play a key role in engaging with potential customers, generating leads, and ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our dealership while following different processes. Our full-time position works 4 weekdays and Saturdays with one weekday and Sundays off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound leads and inquiries via phone, email, text and chat.
  • Qualify potential customers and schedule appointments with the sales team.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
  • Assist in managing the sales pipeline and ensuring that leads are efficiently handled.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to provide a top-tier customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
What We're Looking For:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a drive to succeed.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software tools quickly.
