Position Summary


We are seeking a dynamic, driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with developers, architects, and GCs, and presenting our products as strategic tools to maximize project value and profitability.




Key Responsibilities


• Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads across the tri-state real estate development and construction sectors.


• Present AutoMotion's full suite of automated and mechanical parking products to prospective clients.


• Collaborate with internal design and engineering teams to create project proposals, budget estimates, and feasibility studies.


• Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and project meetings to build brand visibility and business relationships.


• Educate developers and architects on how parking solutions can unlock value, reduce construction costs, and enhance returns with the use of AutoMotion products.


• Maintain accurate records in CRM and report regularly on sales activity and forecasting.




Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.


• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, building systems, or real estate development.


• Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to engage high-level decision-makers.


• Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.


• Technical proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic plan-reading skills a plus.
