Position Summary
Sales Associates reach out daily to existing TMS customers that may have a benefit for refinancing their home. You will deliver transfers to a TMS strategic partner who will work with the customer on their financing needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Make 400+ outbound calls daily to TMS customers to engage them on potentially refinancing their home mortgage
• Answer 15-20 inbound calls daily
• Pre-screen potential borrowers by confirming basic information
• Establish and maintain a friendly rapport with customers and overcome objections by understanding their goals and interests
• Transfer interested consumers
• Deliver exceptional customer service to potential and existing customers
• Maintain quality customer service at all times by following all company established protocols and articulate service options and resolutions to TMS borrowers
